Fist name / Last name / Middle name.
Please write out your last name so there is no confusion on my end.
(If initials are given without any further information, they will be made as they are.)
CORRECT EXAMPLE:
aBc (type letter you want to be centered capital )
2-Length of the chain 18" standard (If you want different length please indicate in instructions)
3-Chain is gold plated (if you want silver please indicate in instructions)
